Contract: Locum, 3-Months

Duties:

• Undertake social care assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014 and hold a caseload of service users requiring complex case management
• Carry out direct work with service users to meet identified social care needs, carry out safeguarding investigations where required and develop strengths-based support plans to promote service users\xe2\x80\x99 wellbeing and independence

Requirements of the Social Worker:

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Current Social Work England registration
• Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK
