South Wales based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Hospital team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an authority which offering you a laptop and mobile phone so you can have some work flexibly as well as from home when you have big reports saving you time and money.
For this post you will be working with transitions and complex needs cases and can get into the office later in the day if required.
