Salary: \xc2\xa334,893 - \xc2\xa345,402 plus market supplement of \xc2\xa31500 per annum
Overview

The First Response Team will operate at the front door with a robust assessment function to assess the needs of the children and families of Harrow. You\'ll become part of a highly experienced team who work under the evidence based model towards improving the outcomes for children and young people.
About You
As a team, experienced Managers and Social Workers, you will be closely supported by Morning Lane Associates working under a systemic family therapy model to ensure we meet the needs of children and families.
You\'ll be in the right place to see first-hand at least 2 of the exciting workplace initiatives Harrow\'s involved with, and benefit from a \xc2\xa31m investment in technology to support our front line workers.
What you will bring

- A proven track record, experience of working and managing a caseload of child in need, child protection and assessing complex children and young people\'s needs in Children\'s Services -[
- Social Work qualification Dip SW, BA (Hons) and/or Masters in Social Work -[
- Enthusiastic to work within a team and independently with a manageable caseload and a good level of opportunities for career progression and training -[
- Demonstrate an ability to build high quality relationship with children and families and across Children\'s Services with internal and external partners -[
- Managing a caseload of children in need and child protection -[
- Chairing professional meetings and managing plans -[
- Conducting S47 risk assessments jointly with partner agencies -[
- Presenting cases to child protection conferences -[
