Requirements:

• Possess a recognized social work qualification and be registered with the relevant regulatory body (e.g., HCPC).
• Extensive experience working within child protection and safeguarding, ideally in a statutory setting.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child protection.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with children, families, and professionals.
