Social Worker: Advanced Practitioner - Adults community learning and Autism

Salary: \xc2\xa338,296 - \xc2\xa341,496 a year, plus \xc2\xa35,500 market supplement and \xc2\xa3963 car allowance

We have an exciting opportunity to work in this outstanding team, you will be focusing on community learning . You will be responsible making sure that adults with autism and learning disabilities have access to the best outcomes.
