Working Pattern: Part-time, either Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to FridayDive into a dynamic and rewarding role as a Duty and Assessment Team Manager in the vibrant city of Leicester. This part-time opportunity, initially for 3 months, offers you the chance to utilise your expertise in a busy duty and assessment team, working alongside another part-time manager. You will be based at Glenfield LE3 8RA, with an expectation to be in the office one week out of every five and once a week for duty, as well as when necessary to lead your small team effectively.Perks and benefits:

What you will do:

• Lead and manage a skilled Duty and Assessment Team, ensuring all statutory responsibilities are met with diligence and care.
• Oversee case work, providing guidance and direction on complex cases to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective service provision for every case.
• Engage in court work and support the team in preparing and presenting cases, ensuring thorough and precise documentation.
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to keep morale high and results impressive.
