Job Description

PURPOSE OF JOB:



Developing and implementing social value (SV) strategies and initiatives across the group of companies. This includes identifying and delivering activities and the management of social value trackers alongside the site delivery teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITY:



Work with bid and pre-construction teams to develop social value strategies in support of tender submissions. Assist in the bid writing process in respect of social value. Where required, attend project interviews to promote social value.

Support bid stage responses with Bid Leads

Support development of Social Value Plans (SVP) at bid stage and beyond, liaising with internal teams, clients and project stakeholders to ensure production of robust and achievable targets.

Use of multiple software platforms to generate, manage and monitor social value plans.

Update Social Value Calculator with project KPIs

Attendance at client / framework specific social value meetings / events. Development of strong-working relationships with social value leads in key client organisations.

Coordinate, lead and participate in activities with stakeholders and site delivery teams, examples include site tours, school assemblies, careers fairs and framework engagement.

Build and maintain relationships with beneficiaries.

Contribute to process modernisation and development.

Work with framework and commercial teams to manage monthly data capture related to framework activity and feed this back to framework providers. Ensure management information responses are prompt, accurate and comprehensive.

Knowledge and experience



At least 3 year's experience in a similar role Social Value qualification desirable Construction experience advantageous Confident public speaker Understanding of National TOMS Knowledge and experience with Social Value reporting calculators Strong interpersonal skill

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
