Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Social Media Video Editor & Motion Graphics to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on video editing, 2D animation, and vector asset design. You will also contribute to pre-production planning and help develop creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Edit promotional videos, interviews, social media clips, and advertising content using Adobe Premiere Pro Create 2D animations in After Effects, including explainer video content, text and motion graphics Design and prepare vector assets and storyboards in Illustrator Format video content for different platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn Participate in idea generation and pre-production planning Research creative trends and suggest ways to improve video and animation output Provide project updates and progress reports via email Attend occasional filming days

Essential Requirements

Animation Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator Understanding of social media video formats and content best practices Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload Good eye for design, layout, and motion Reliable home setup and ability to work productively in a remote environment Based in Essex or within 1 hour of Braintree (due to occasional on-site work)

Desirable (Not Essential)

Experience filming basic content (e.g. interviews, b-roll) Knowledge of branding and digital content marketing Familiarity with web animation tools (e.g. Framer)
