Job Description
My prestigious client in Lincolnshire is one of the leading names in the housing development industry. They are looking for a social media savvy marketing executive to join and grow with their team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing manager and take ownership of the company\'s social media platforms, engaging with the target audiences. If you have experience with Tik Tok and Facebook, planning and creating content, I would love to have a conversation with you.
Responsibilities:
- Website administration and management of property portals, including adding content so experience with a content management system would be advantageous.
- Email marketing.
- Organisation of company events, including show-home openings, charity events and community functions.
- Supporting in the creation of brochures, flyers and signs, whilst managing the marketing budget, inputting positive creative ideas into projects and campaigns.
- Assisting in photo and video shoots, managing the company\'s library.
- Engage and work with external agencies with SEO, Meta Ads and PR.
