About the Role:
We're looking for a
Social Media Marketing Manager
to take the reins of our digital storytelling - someone who lives and breathes hospitality, has a sharp eye for content, and knows what makes people stop scrolling.
Working closely with our marketing and on-site teams, you'll lead the development, execution and ongoing management of our social media strategy - from creating compelling content to analysing performance and jumping on emerging trends. You'll be part creative, part strategist, and totally obsessed with food, drink, and the buzz of a busy service.
What You'll Be Doing:
Content Creation
Capture and produce high-quality photography and videography across our venues - food, drinks, people, events, atmosphere.
Work from briefs and contribute original creative ideas that elevate our brands and tell a story.
Develop engaging content that aligns with the tone and identity of each of our venues.
Be hands-on - filming on-site during service, events, launches, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Support brand campaigns, seasonal launches and product promotions & regular offerings with high-quality content assets.
Social Media Management
Own and grow our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook - and wherever's next).
Write witty, authentic copy that connects with our community and resonates with each brands TOV & style.
Build and manage a posting schedules across each venue that reflects both planned campaigns and reactive moments.
Monitor trends, memes, and emerging formats to keep us ahead of the curve, but stay aligned to each brands personality
Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build relationships online.
Reporting & Strategy
Analyse content and channel performance - what's working, what's not, and why.
Provide regular reporting and insight to improve engagement and reach.
Identify opportunities to grow our following, drive footfall, and support wider marketing goals.
What We're Looking For:
3 years plus of social media marketing and content creation experience, ideally in a hospitality or F&B setting.
A genuine love of food, drink, pubs, and people - you know how to capture the vibe.
Strong photography/videography skills - you know your way around natural light, a decent camera (or iPhone!), and editing tools.
Comfortable working across multiple brands and venues, with the flexibility to switch tones and formats.
Confident writing short, snappy, engaging copy tailored to different platforms.
Comfortable working flexible hours - evenings, weekends, events, service.
An eye for detail, a collaborative approach, and a proactive, get-stuck-in attitude.
Hospitality background - you've worked the floor, the pass, or behind the bar.
Knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, or wine (not essential, but a big plus).
