creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing & Social Media Manager
to join our growing team. This is a multifaceted role for someone who lives and breathes branding, social media, and content creation -- and knows how to turn ideas into campaigns that generate real buzz.
You'll be the voice and visual brain behind our brand, leading marketing efforts from concept to execution across digital platforms, paid ads, local campaigns, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead
comprehensive marketing and social media strategies that align with our brand vision and business goals.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, and videos) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Design eye-catching marketing materials (social graphics, flyers, in-store visuals) using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
Plan and run
Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- including audience targeting, budgeting, performance tracking, and optimisation.
Oversee and maintain consistent
brand messaging and visual identity
across all touchpoints.
Monitor social trends, customer conversations, and competitor activity to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Analyse content and ad performance metrics, generating reports to identify what's working and where we can improve.
Collaborate with internal teams (franchisees, store managers, etc.) to support product launches, local campaigns, or events.
Manage website updates, email campaigns, and online listings as part of the wider marketing mix.
Stay updated with industry tools, trends, and best practices in marketing, design, social media, and public relations.
Requirements
2-4+ years' experience in marketing, social media, or public relations -- preferably in food & beverage, retail, or lifestyle brands.
Strong portfolio showing content creation, successful campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Experience using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) to run and optimise ad campaigns.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills with a flair for creativity.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and how to engage Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Hootsuite.
Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
A marketing, communications, or PR degree is preferred -- but not essential with the right experience and skillset.
