BBare Cosmetics is looking for a confident, creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to lead our presence on TikTok and Instagram, support marketing campaigns, manage influencer collaborations and confidently represent the brand in content and TikTok Lives.
This is a dynamic hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, is confident on camera and has experience building brand visibility through influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Own and grow BBare's TikTok and Instagram platforms, posting regular content and engaging with our community.
On-Camera Confidence:
Appear confidently in videos and TikTok Live sessions showcasing products in an engaging, relatable and on-brand way.
Influencer Management:
Identify, reach out to and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations that align with brand and marketing goals.
Content Support:
Assist with planning, filming and editing high-quality content for campaigns, launches and promotions.
Marketing Coordination:
Support the wider marketing team with campaign planning, brand initiatives and email/social strategies.
Community Engagement:
Respond to comments, messages and build an engaged online community.
Trend Spotting:
Stay on top of social media and influencer trends applying them creatively to boost reach and relevance.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance metrics across social platforms and influencer campaigns using insights to guide strategy.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the team on content planning, shoots and marketing meetings.
Requirements
2+ years' experience in social media and/or digital marketing including influencer coordination or management.
Strong on-camera presence and confidence especially for TikTok videos and Lives.
Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram with a deep understanding of their features and trends.
Experience sourcing and managing influencers including outreach, gifting and tracking performance.
Ability to create or support the production of engaging short-form content.
Creative, strategic and detail-oriented mindset.
Experience with Adobe, Canva, CapCut or other editing/design tools is a plus.
Passion for beauty, digital content and online community-building.
Organised, proactive and adaptable with a flexible schedule for peak posting and live times.
Desirable:
Experience using Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Seller Centre.
