Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our social media activities align with our overall marketing goals and brand identity.

Duties

Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community engagement. Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our social media presence relevant and competitive. Manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or a related field. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns. Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus but not essential.
