Overview


We are seeking a creative and results-driven videographer & editor with social media management experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, with the ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging social media to achieve business goals.

Duties



Perfom 2-3 video shoots a month with our doctor - 1 studio shoot, 1 in clinic shoot and 1 on-location shoot Content must be edited to a high standard - minimum of 30 pieces per month All content to be scheduled for the upcoming month Must be willing to travel within London, potentially to our Sheffield location and maybe Dubai (Dubai travel expenses will be paid) Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling content tailored to each platform, including text, images, and videos that resonate with our target audience. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing initiatives. Manage the social media calendar, ensuring timely posting and adherence to key dates and campaigns. Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports on social media effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering community interaction. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.

Qualifications



Experience with videography and editing Have own camera and mic equipment Proven experience in public relations or social media management, preferably within a similar industry. Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to think creatively and strategically about content creation and audience engagement. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Pay: 1,000.00-1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
