About the Role:





As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a strategy that enhances our brand storytelling and online visibility. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality content across all social media channels to drive engagement and build our online community.


Key Responsibilities:




Develop and implement a social media strategy that drives platform growth and audience engagement. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms. Oversee content planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring with the Social Media Executive. Identify opportunities to expand presence on TikTok, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Bluesky Monitor and analyse social media performance to optimise strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

About You:





You will have experience using a wide range of social media platforms, and a solid understanding of social trends, algorithms and best practice. You will possess the ability to think strategically, bring creative ideas, and thrive in hands-on execution. Whether you're currently a senior social executive looking for a step up or someone with a proven track record in social media management, we want to hear from you!
