We're looking for a TikTok-obsessed content creator who knows how to stop the scroll. Grounded Kitchen is relaunching one of our flagship stores and we want to bring our bold menu and products to life through creative, on-trend and high-performing TikTok content.
If you live and breathe TikTok trends, storytelling, and aesthetics - and you're passionate about food, wellness, and culture - we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute TikTok content strategies focused on menu items (think matcha, acai, matcha, nourish bowls, dumplings, and more)
Film, edit, and post content regularly that highlights new products, behind-the-scenes, store energy, and guest moments
Jump on trending audio, memes, and formats that align with our brand voice
Work closely with our marketing team to align content with wider campaigns
Drive engagement, reach and followers with performance-based insights
Who You Are:
A TikTok native with proven success growing brand or creator accounts
Passionate about food, culture, wellness, and storytelling
Confident filming in-store and directing content (including UGC-style and high-quality product shots)
Able to deliver fresh ideas fast, with an eye for aesthetics and detail
Freelance, flexible and open to visiting our Birmingham store to shoot
