  • Social Media Management: Craft and curate high-quality content, manage the social content calendar, and monitor trends to optimize strategy.
  • Influencer & Creator Partnerships: Develop and manage influencer campaigns, build strong relationships with UK-based creators, and track campaign performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, provide performance insights, and use analytics tools to refine strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, briefing them on campaign objectives and ensuring impactful content delivery
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Over 5 years in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within tech, design, or creative industries.
  • Deep understanding of UK social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in paid social advertising and boosting strategies.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for design.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in social media analytics.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
  • Innovative and creative thinking, with a strategic approach to campaign creation.
  • Results-oriented with an analytical approach to measurement and insights.
