A new role is now available for a Creatively focused Social Media Content specialist, to work closely with our internal Studio professionals including Videographers, Photographers and Stylists.


RKW Ltd is home to Tower products - one of the leading brands in the UK small appliance market with collections also covering cookware, floorcare, laundry and food preparation.


We continue to grow from strength to strength, and now we're looking for a Social Media Executive to join our Marketing Division and manage all Social Media activity across multiple platforms.



We'd love to hear from people with experience in end-to-end Social Media Management, covering; Content Creation, Calendar Management & Planning, Budget Management and Reporting / Admin.



You will also have the opportunity to take on a key role within our recent Brand Partnership with the Good Food media organisation.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation :

Create engaging content for New Product introductions and Seasonal events

Produce Video briefs for Content, as well as static image posts. Use visual identity documents to produce campaign artwork for use on all marcomms channels.

Work closely with the inhouse creative team to produce video and image content designed to achieve specific marketing objectives

Use trend and community insights to curate content for maximum effect on all social media channels.

Social Media :

Execute the monthly organic social media calendar programme across target platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Facebook. Working 1 month in advance.

Utilise the social media management software to manage social media activity

Manage a paid social media budget to generate growth in line with KPI targets

Planning :

Contribute to the creation of the monthly Social Media and Influencer calendars

Manage the social media video creation calendar with the in-house videographer

Contribute to creative ideas and themes for marcomms activities

Liaise with department stakeholders to drive content across other channels i.e. web / email

Admin :

Maintain a library of social content

Reporting :

Report on trends and target competitor activity

Monthly report on social media activity performance to agreed KPIs

General Duties :


Research key competitors marketing activity Collaborate with the in-house Design Studio for the creation of Tower marketing content

Collaborate with the in-house Web Marketing team Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team delivering marcomms activities consistent with product priorities and NPI roadmaps

Manage external marketing agencies and departmental preferred martech

Focus on ROI, measuring and maximising return for all marcomms activities

Experience Required :


Professional employment in a social media focused marketing role. (1 year minimum)

Experience of working with social media management tools and scheduling tools

Knowledge of Brandwatch / Hootsuite / Sprout Social or similar. Experience of working with creative teams / agencies and ideally videographers / photographers / stylists Detailed understanding of digital marketing channels specifically managing social media platforms
