Duties

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with legal team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Foster relationships with online communities and influencers to enhance brand visibility. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging content. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
