Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our digital team in London.


This is an exciting opportunity to deliver social media content for one of the UK's biggest publishing and radio networks. Reporting into the Head of Digital, you will execute and schedule social media campaigns across national Bauer brands including Grazia, KISS, Magic, Hits Radio and more.


The successful candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about social media, understanding how to utilise digital platforms to reach and engage with our target audiences across TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. This role will play an important part in driving social media revenue for our national brands and supporting our sales, strategy and delivery teams.


This social executive role focuses on delivery, not content creation. We're looking for candidates who are excited about managing and distributing social content.


Our Team




The digital team within Bauer Media Advertising is comprised of highly-skilled designers, copywriters and social media experts. We are a social bunch who are both knowledgeable and approachable. We enjoy collaborating and pride ourselves in putting teamwork at the forefront of our minds.


We sit centrally across our portfolio of radio and magazine brands which includes KISS, Magic, Grazia, Empire, Heat, Absolute Radio and Greatest Hits & Hits Radio to name a few. You will be part of this department whose mission is to help to grow our clients and agencies through creative digital advertising with social media at its heart.


This is a hybrid role. You will be required to work in our London Euston office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the remaining days worked from home.




What you will do




Implementing, optimising and managing paid social campaigns across META, TikTok and YouTube Provide weekly/monthly reporting and end of campaign analysis on all campaigns Liaise with sales and strategy teams to ensure client goals are met Work closely with the commercial delivery to ensure accurate reporting of social media campaigns for clients Attend kick-off meetings to plan how paid social elements of campaigns should be delivered and work with the wider team on campaign ideas and commercial projects Edit, publish, and manipulate images for social media campaigns, including branded content assets for our radio and magazine websites Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and sharing knowledge with the team



What you will bring




Commercial experience with Facebook and Instagram Understanding of digital KPIs - CPC, CPM etc Excellent self-motivation and interpersonal skills Excellent written, communication and presentation skills Commercial awareness and a passion for social media Proactive, positive, committed and able to work calmly under pressure A strong team player who enjoys collaboration Good organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines Proofreading and attention to detail Ability to produce creative and original ideas



Desirable




Basic experience with TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and X Copywriting for engaging commercial social Experience using Wordpress Experience in Google Analytics & META analytics Photoshop experience
