We're looking for a creative and digitally-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across all major platforms. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content, responding to followers, tracking performance metrics, and helping to develop social media campaigns that align with our brand voice and marketing goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, up to date with social trends, and passionate about building strong online communities. Experience with content creation, analytics tools, and copywriting is a must.

Maple Leaf Golf Group is a progressive UK-based golf operator known for transforming traditional golf venues into inclusive, family-friendly leisure destinations. Founded by Richard and Sally Haygarth, the group operates several sites across southern England, including;

The venues blend classic golf with modern entertainment, offering features like interactive driving ranges, adventure golf, FootGolf, and short courses designed for beginners and families.

Regular Responsibilities:

Organizing and or creating 3 organic social media posts per week, per site Filming, editing and setting up paid social ads per the marketing schedule Taking responsibility for growing all social accounts Managing the community by replying to comments and direct messages Organize all photos and videos appropriately Create key content ideas and develop them so they can be picked up and acted upon by others in the team.

Preferred skills and experience:

Video editing Video Filming Social Media creation: Tik Tok, Instagram Experience in: Canva, Capcut, Microsoft office (sharepoint and word) Experience with Facebook ads preferred Previously worked in a marketing team
