Main Description:

As a content creator apprentice, you will be planning, developing, creating and evaluating content for the business. Your job responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):

Brainstorming new and creative ideas Researching and coming up with content ideas (for digital and traditional channels) Innovating and presenting new content, digital and social media strategies Implementing and supporting content marketing strategies including social media, website, blog, SEO and more Driving traffic to company pages Uploading and editing content on their website Developing engaging online content including videos, graphics, and written copy Measuring and reporting performance of content and digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals, using relevant sites such as Google Analytics Keeping abreast of new social media sites, technologies, and digital marketing trends and insights; implementing these new technologies and insights in developing campaign Assisting the SEO and client services department with admin tasks Assisting the leadership team with new business proposals and client presentations.

Skills Required:

Willing to learn about digital marketing with the desire to pursue this as a career Good attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills An understanding of marketing is desirable Knowledge of social media Fantastic organisational skills Computer literate.

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)
A keen interest in digital marketing, social media and content production Well organised Creative Motivated Friendly

The primary duties we cover on our Content Creator apprenticeship are:

Plan and develop creative content aligned with the brief and budget/costs. Interpret the strategy and objectives of the brand and align these to the content. Research, prepare and develop the media messaging to maximise audience engagement. Develop and create written content for various media. Create visual and audio content for multiple media. Store content securely and methodically to enable efficient access and retrieval. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to plan and align content delivery with business objectives. Manage content online using appropriate tools and techniques. Evaluate the effectiveness of the content produced against the original plan and recommend improve
