We are bringing a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging audiences through innovative social media strategies and a strong understanding of public relations. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence across various platforms, fostering community engagement, and driving our marketing objectives. You don't need experience or even to like football, but you need to be able to understand and connect with its players, followers and fans of the game.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media channels in a timely manner.
Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Requirements
Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and emerging platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
