Location:

Clear Smiles, 182-184 Dudley Road, Wolverhampton

Hours:

Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Salary:

25,000-30,000 per annum (based on experience)

Are you a creative genius who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram? Do you love creating content, following trends, and turning everyday moments into viral gold? This is your chance to shine in a modern, luxury dental clinic where no two days are the same.

Clear Smiles is searching for an on site Social Media Content Creator to take our brand to the next level. You'll be at the heart of the action, working with clinicians, capturing real patient stories, filming behind-the-scenes footage, and bringing our unique vibe to life.

What You'll Be Doing:

Filming real-time content of patients, staff and day-to-day activities at the clinic. Editing short-form videos for Reels and TikTok using in-app tools or CapCut/Canva. Staying on top of trends, sounds, hashtags, and challenges and jumping on them fast! Posting consistently on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Taking aesthetic photos and creating branded story highlights. Bringing creative ideas to the table to improve reach, engagement and business growth. Planning weekly content calendars, stories, and posting schedules.

What We're Looking For:

A content-first creative who knows how to grab attention in the first 2 seconds. Strong knowledge of TikTok, Reels, and trending formats. Experience using editing apps like CapCut, Canva, InShot or similar. Comfortable working on site full time, capturing daily content. Great eye for aesthetic visuals, smooth transitions, and storytelling. Confident and proactive with a "get-it-done" attitude. A passion for health, wellness, beauty, aesthetics, or dental is a plus. Bonus: Experience managing branded social media accounts or working in a similar clinic or beauty environment.

Practice hours for Part-time or full time (30-40+).

Monday: 8am till 8pm

Tuesday: 8am till 8pm

Wednesday: 8am till 8pm

Thursday: 8am till 8pm

Saturday: 8am - 2pm (8am-8pm on open days/events)

Please note, you will need to be able to meet the practice hours and be flexible to ensure we are able to meet the needs of our patients. Working patterns may vary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
