Digital Marketing Content Creator

Location:

Remote (No travel required)

Working Hours:

9 AM - 5 PM (Monday - Thursday), 9 AM - 4 PM (Friday) with an hours lunch break each day. No bank holiday or weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging, captivating content for various social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Utilise CapCut and other video editing tools to produce high-quality video content. Design beautiful images and graphics that align with brand messaging. Work on a large number of different accounts, tailoring content to each client's unique needs and audience. Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing Manager to draw inspiration from the given strategy and develop content that captures attention and conveys the overall brand message. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant. Track and analyse content performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise engagement and reach. Write compelling copy for posts, ensuring it is consistent with the brand voice and engaging for the target audience. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and content. Understand what drives customers to make a purchase and create content that effectively influences buying decisions.

Requirements:

At least three years of proven experience in digital marketing and content creation. Excellent knowledge of CapCut and other video editing tools. Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaigns. Proven ability to create visually appealing images and graphics. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Highly creative with a keen eye for detail. Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Excellent visual storytelling skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. A deep understanding of consumer behaviour and what drives purchasing decisions. Exceptional attention to detail.
