Job Overview


We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media management and public relations, with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.

Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and reflects the brand's voice. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer interactions; respond promptly to inquiries and comments. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all channels. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media management. Manage public relations efforts by crafting press releases and coordinating with media outlets as needed.

Skills



Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft compelling narratives. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Proficient in using social media analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
