Real London Homes (RLH) is looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Content Creative to join our team. This part-time role is designed for an individual with a knack for creating engaging video content and a passion for social media. Based in the greater London area, the ideal candidate will craft and execute innovative strategies to enhance our online presence and foster growth across our social platforms. Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate original video content for RLH\xe2\x80\x99s social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with the potential to expand to other platforms.
2. Post and schedule regular content with a commitment to maintain at least one video per week.
3. Utilize video editing skills to ensure content is polished and aligns with RLH\xe2\x80\x99s brand image.
4. Manage and grow RLH\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts, employing strategic practices to increase follower base and engagement.
5. Brainstorm and present new content ideas and storyboards to the RLH team, translating creative concepts into tangible social media content.
6. Initiate and manage public relations and influencer collaborations to amplify RLH\xe2\x80\x99s reach and brand awareness.
7. Participate in weekly meetings with the RLH team to report on content performance, progress towards goals, and strategic planning. Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in creating and managing video content for social media platforms.
2. Demonstrable video editing skills with a portfolio of work to showcase.
3. A track record of growing social media accounts and engaging an online audience.
4. Creative thinker with the ability to produce innovative and original content ideas.
5. Strong understanding of social media trends and digital content best practices.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work independently with flexible hours.
8. Preferably based in the greater London area to collaborate with the RLH team in person. Compensation:
\xc2\xa3200 per month base remuneration.
Performance-based bonuses tied to growth in user base and engagement metrics.
