Working Hours:

12 hours per week

The Cadden Group are seeking an exceptional Content Creator to work within Pat's Bar, Bridie's, The Enniskillen Hotel & Lusty Beg Island Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices. They will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation. The candidate should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, the ability to track KPIs and a proven track record of optimising campaigns to deliver measurable results. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and digital literacy are essential. Responsibilities include creating high-quality, engaging content and producing on-brand marketing copy as needed. Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Lightroom is preferred, though training will be provided.

This role offers flexible working hours; however, some weekend and late-night work will be required due to the nature of the position.

Preferred criteria:

Experience managing social media accounts for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality, engaging content optimised for key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Leverage video, design and editing tools to create on-brand content, graphics, and marketing copy tailored to the unique needs and audiences of each account. Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to develop content that aligns with the overarching brand strategy and conveys the desired messaging. Maintain awareness of the latest social media trends and best practices. Track performance using relevant metrics and data to inform future content planning.
