highly creative and driven Social Media Content Creator

to join our team and help bring our brand to life -- one story, one post, one video at a time.

The Role

You'll be the heartbeat of our digital storytelling. This is a hands-on, full-time role where you'll create, direct, and deliver compelling content that showcases our treatments, patients, clinicians, and brand values across

Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

.

This isn't your average content gig. We're looking for someone who thinks in visuals, breathes storytelling, and can manage both the creative and the executional side of social. You'll be out in the field capturing real moments, directing shoots, building influencer relationships, and working closely with the leadership team to execute bold ideas that drive our online presence forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, film, and edit high-quality

short- and long-form videos

for use across social platforms Capture and edit

high-quality photography

of patients, clinicians, treatments, and practice life Create

on-brand graphics and visuals

using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and other tools Direct video shoots and guide clinicians and patients to feel comfortable and natural on camera Write

engaging, brand-aligned captions

, perform hashtag research, and schedule posts Manage and grow our presence across

Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

and respond to our audiences - whilst collaborating with our awesome treatment coordinators. Identify trends, audio, and creative hooks to keep our content fresh and relevant Collaborate with the marketing/management team to bring strategic ideas to life Coordinate

influencer collaborations

and content partnerships Visit practice locations regularly across Surrey and London (must have your own transport) we have 8 practices that you will visit Take full

ownership of the content calendar

and manage deadlines independently for social media, our website and any marketing collateral. Assist with digital marketing activities, planning events, reports, PR and graphic design.

Skills & Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a

social media management AND content creation

role (This is a hybrid role so candidate would need experience in both areas) A strong

portfolio

showcasing your

videography, photography, and editing work

Proficiency in

CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, inDesign

, and basic editing tools Fluent in creating content for

Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Excellent writing skills with a knack for

clever, clear, and engaging captions

Confident and professional when working with influencers, clinicians, and patients A

valid UK driving license and access to your own car

(travel is essential)

Bonus Points:

Experience in dental care, healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle content A background in directing or producing social-first video Understanding of paid social and boosting content performance A degree in Marketing or any other related fields
