Salary range: 13.21 per hour.
Hours worked: Part time 21 hours per week (typically over 3 days - 9am-4pm) days and hours negotiable. Overtime to cover holidays

As a
Social media & Marketing Assistant
you will have the following skills and experience.
Experience in managing social media accounts; Meta platforms, LinkedIn, X (TikTok is advantageous)
Assisting with email marketing, blog posts, and general content creation
Asset creation: Creating imagery for website, social media and physical marketing materials.
Website management and creation is advantageous - Especially Shopify
Strong creative flair with a keen eye for detail
Organised, meticulous and confident managing multiple projects
Good eye for design - Adobe Creative Suite and Canva skills a bonus
Experience in designing various marketing materials (leaflets, brochures, business cards etc)
Great customer service experience
Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Previous experience in a similar role, agency or client-side, is desirable
Key responsibilities
Creating weekly blog articles to facilitate client contracts.
Manage several client social media accounts.
Creating internal and external marketing materials.
Content creation for email campaigns.
Assisting within audio department - Mixing telephone recorded messages with backing music - (training will be given)
Assisting the head of production with a range of website related tasks such as content and imagery changes.
Education
GCSE's C and above
Social media & Website qualifications / completed training courses desirable.
Interview
You will be invited for an initial interview; successful candidates will then be required to attend a mandatory training section. (Lunch will be provided) during the training session you will be set several tasks to access your skills, knowledge and writing skills. The training session will run from 10am-4pm with a half hour lunch and regular coffee breaks.
