Our flagship store is located at Deepcar Sheffield S36 a short walk from Fox valley shopping complex.

About the role:

We are seeking a creative thinker with a strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms. You must be confident using Canva and Adobe to create a variety of marketing materials, including emails and social media content, and ideally have a good knowledge of how to use both professional and phone cameras to capture high-quality imagery and videos. This versatile role also includes face-to-face and email-based customer service.

Formal qualifications are not essential, as long as you can demonstrate the required skills and experience.

Candidate qualities:

Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms Confident using Canva and Adobe for creating marketing materials (emails and social media content) (Ideal but not compulsory) Skilled in using both professional cameras and phone cameras to capture high-quality imagery, videos and editing software. Ability to provide face-to-face and email-based customer service Creative thinker with a proactive and versatile approach Formal qualifications not essential, but must be able to demonstrate skills and experience
Responsibilities:

Providing a welcoming and knowledgeable customer experience front of house and emails. Social media marketing Creating high quality imagery Managing influencers Updating customers/management on stock levels Creating content for social media and email platforms
Please note: This is an in-person role based at our store and offices in Sheffield S36. We kindly ask that you only apply if you can reliably commit to attending Monday to Friday, as the location and working hours are fixed and not flexible.
