Key Responsibilities
Keep up to date with the latest
social media trends
and best practices.
Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content across social media platforms.
Maintain
strong attention to detail
when crafting and reviewing posts.
Ensure high-quality written communication with a
good standard of English

Build and maintain relationships with customers, responding to inquiries and engagement effectively.
Bring a
spark of creativity
to campaigns and content creation.
Use design tools such as
Canva
or
Adobe Express
(preferred).
Monitor and analyse social media engagement and performance metrics.
Requirements
Experience managing social media accounts (professional or personal projects considered).
Strong
time management
skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to create visually appealing content using Canva/Adobe Express (preferred but not required).
Excellent written and communication skills.
A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to generate new ideas for engagement.
Previous experience in customer engagement or marketing is a plus.
