Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and artistic Social Media and Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate would be a marketing graduate or someone with previous marketing and social media experience. You will be looking to refine your skills and grow into a role within the automotive industry and be able to offer fresh and innovative content to take our business to the next level. You will be responsible for the continued growth of the company\'s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and You Tube. You will also help to maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing materials along with writing blog content, taking and editing pictures and videos and uploading new cars to the website through our database management system. Working alongside the Managing Director, your main duties will include;

• Updating and adding content to the website.
• Drafting within the website DBMS and publishing blog posts.
• Creating, editing and posting on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.
• Boosting cars on Facebook for target advertising.
• Ensuring social media post interactions are replied to.
• Distributing leads to the sales team and logging numbers
• Optimising the website for search engines.
• Taking and editing product images.
• Filming and editing for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Filming and editing video for YouTube content.
• Sourcing and ordering merchandise.
• Organising and attending sponsorship events.

The ideal candidate will possess;

• Knowledge of the Adobe Create Suite of applications (Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
• Familiar with the workings of YouTube Studio
• Familiar with posting, editing and interacting effectively on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
• Have recently completed a Marketing related qualification or have at least two years experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with the use of Apple Mac and iPhone products
