Overview

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated and Proactive Senior Media and Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a social and digital background, as you will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering engaging content across multiple social media platforms, as well as designing high-quality e-brochures and marketing materials that align with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok). Assist in occasional email marketing campaigns and website content updates Develop and maintain a content calendar, planning posts and campaigns in advance. Create compelling visual and written content tailored to each platform. Produce, design, and update digital e-brochures and other marketing materials. Engage with followers: responding to comments, DMS, and fostering community growth. Monitor, report, and analyse performance metrics to optimise content and strategy. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices. Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, design) to ensure messaging consistency.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing business social media accounts and content creation. Strong skills in graphic design and visual storytelling (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to create short-form videos and reels (basic video editing a plus). Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Attention to detail and an eye for design and branding consistency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of basic analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Additional Skills and Attributes:

Experience with e-mail marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Familiarity with basic SEO principles. Experience in paid social advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).

Working Hours:

Week 1:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

8.45 am - 5 pm
1 hour 15-minute break

Week 2:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

8.45 am - 5 pm
1 hour 15-minute break

This role is based in our Maidstone offices.
