Social Media Administrator
Job Description
Were looking for a creative, driven social media individual to help us grow our digital presence.
You will be required to have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with our audience across Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and beyond.
From promoting our products to capturing behind the scenes content you will play a keen role in helping us to grow our online presence.
You will be responsible for the marketing and helping with business development for two of our companies.
We would expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. and be able to express our companies views creatively.
Ultimately you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of customer engagement & response within timescales.
Keeping business websites up to date with content & images, and monitoring & responding to web traffic & online sales.
Responsibilities
Generate, edit publish & share engaging content daily.
Plan & manage social media posts & campaigns
Write fun captions, blogs and newsletters
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Capture & create engaging photo and video content.
Creating databases for mailshots
You will be required to work on your own initiative but also be a team player among a small team of employees across the two businesses.
Meeting customers and performing face to face sales among other tasks.
Requirements & Skills
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in content creation and social media platforms
Has experience in setting up online shops
Writes creatively and engagingly
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Computer Literate with excellent communication skills
Photography an advantage but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Every weekend Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
