Social Account Manager OR Senior Social Account Manager (6-month FTC)

We are seeking a talented Social Account Manager to join a social first media agency in London. Reporting into an Social Account Director, you will join the Client Services team. You will be responsible for managing and growing your accounts by developing inspiring and creative digital or social strategies and ideas for their social campaigns.

The agency works with a broad range of clients but prior experience or interest in tech, mobile, teleco or gaming would be beneficial for this role. This role is initially being offered as a 6-month contract but there is a good chance of it being extended or made permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with your clients, ensuring you understand their requirements and can exceed their expectations
• Collaborate with the wider team to create ideas, strategies and project briefs, which you will then present to clients
• Develop an in-depth understanding of your clients business and keep yourself informed about market trends and the activities of their competitors
• Ensure your Account Director signs off on all project briefs and attends key meetings
• Keep clients up to date on the campaigns and send them regular progress reports
• Produce cost estimates for clients and ensure that campaigns are completed within agreed budgets

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in a media or advertising agency
• Proven experience in an account management or client facing project handling role
• In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, in particular organic social
• Excellent client management skills, with a thoughtful and sophisticated approach
• A flair for creative thinking and inspiring ideas
• Ability to deliver projects to a high standard, on time and within budget

Salary

• Salary: Up to \xc2\xa347,000

• Location: London (Soho)
• Hybrid working offered (flex, circa 1 day in office)
