Metering is right at the center of providing customers with the inspiration, information, products and tools they need to take their homes and cars on the journey to zero carbon.This role in a nutshell:You will play a key role in supporting our customers and OVO onto the path of Zero Carbon by visiting our customers offering amazing Customer Service, Carrying out Smart installs and offering fantastic energy efficiency.You will report directly into the Metering Team Manager. As a team you will hold responsibility for safely carrying out smart metering installations and maintenance, fantastic customer service & offering fantastic energy efficiency to our customers.You'll be working 42.5 Hours per week based in one of the areas above, some travel may be required for training, Team connections and to support our customer demand. The role also involves driving one of our fabulous EV vans for work purposes only.You must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, demonstrating sound decision making skills. You will act as a problem solver and resolver, someone who takes responsibility for their work and constantly drives positive outcomes.Your key outcomes will be:
