Your Role

As a Skin & Beauty Therapist, you'll be responsible for delivering a wide range of treatments, including Studio Facials, CACI Non-Surgical Treatments, Electrolysis Hair Removal, and Brow & Lash services. You'll play a key role in helping clients feel confident and cared for, while working within a supportive, professional environment.

There will also be opportunities to develop your skills further with training in advanced skin and laser therapies as you grow with us. Ongoing education and hands-on support are part of our commitment to helping you grow as a confident, skilled therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional client care for every visit Perform skin & beauty treatments Conduct skin consultations, recommend homecare and treatments plans Assist with Studio operations

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: GCSEs (including English & Maths) Level 2&3 in Beauty Therapy or related field (ITEC/VTCT or equivalent)

Experience

Required: Salon or clinic experience Preferable: Electrolysis experience or a desire to train

Skills

Passion for skincare and wellness Strong knowledge of the skincare and beauty industry Strong communication and customer service skills Enjoyment in recommending and selling homecare products and treatments

What We Offer
