We are looking for new team members to join our team of Engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our factory.
In this role you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and operating a range of machines to ensure quality standards and line efficiencies are being met on a hour by hour basis. A natural problem solver, you will find ways to continually improve your work area, sharing these with the other shifts and encouraging standard ways of work. You will also have a strong sense of teamwork and be diligent in looking after the Health and Safety needs of both yourself and your team mates.
This is one of our shift roles, and you will work a shift pattern consisting of 12 hour shifts (4 on, 4 off) working both days and nights.
You will ideally have a mechanical or engineering background and have proven technical skills to fault find, diagnose and remedy mechanical inefficiencies or breakdowns.
