Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing construction team.

You will manage the day-to-day operations on-site, while also actively working on general building tasks alongside the team to deliver high-quality projects. Must have building experience!

Responsibilities:

Manage small site teams and subcontractors Carry out general building work (bricklaying, groundworks, carpentry, boarding, making good) Coordinate materials and deliveries Ensure Health & Safety standards on-site Complete daily site diaries and communicate with the Project Manager Maintain quality workmanship across all projects Liaise with clients during projects
Requirements:

5+ years construction experience (multi-skilled background ideal) Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred SSSTS qualification (or willingness to complete training) First Aid at Work (or willingness to complete training) Full UK driving licence
