WHAT TO EXPECT

From the moment you join us, you will be responsible for the provision and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, plant and equipment, serving the main non-manufacturing sites, such as Gaydon, Whitley, Fen End and Oxford Road.

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Site Services Support Engineer, you\'ll ensure core responsibilities are delivered within the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & Environment framework

You will be the main driver for reliability improvements of all assets via:

• Analysis of etracker content and reoccurring failures
• Root cause analysis of recent failures
• Formal inspection and analysis of assets which have multiple failures to confirm \'Fit for Purpose\'.
• Plan, manage and report on remedial actions pertaining to information from external contractors, data entry of the e-trackers, track, monitor and organise with the maintenance team the closure of repairs and issues such as:
• Guardian (fixed wire testing)
• SSE (building management system)
• Freudenberg (AHU filters and systems)
• BES (Statutory inspections)
• Suez (Water monitoring)
• Complete annual CJR\'s for contractors
• Assist the Site Services Contracts team to meet operational targets

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED

To excel as the Site Services Support Engineer, you will possess the following skills and experience:

• Facilities maintenance (skilled trade or management)
• Contractor management / supervision
• Data collection and presentation
