xe2x8fxb3 Job Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Security Manager to lead the security operations at our Marks & Spencer Distribution Centre. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of our site, staff, and assets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilitiesxe2x9cx94 Oversee all security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and stock.
xe2x9cx94 Manage and develop a team of security officers, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
xe2x9cx94 Monitor and enforce health & safety regulations and security policies.
xe2x9cx94 Prevent and investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and unauthorised access.
xe2x9cx94 Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and senior management on security matters.
xe2x9cx94 Implement and maintain security procedures, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
xe2x9cx94 Conduct risk assessments and respond to security threats efficiently.
xe2x9cx94 Ensure compliance with all legal and industry security standards. What We're Looking Forxe2x9cx85 Proven experience in a Security Manager or Senior Security Supervisor role.
xe2x9cx85 Strong leadership skills with experience in managing security teams.
xe2x9cx85 Excellent knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and crime prevention.
xe2x9cx85 Ability to handle incidents calmly and professionally.
xe2x9cx85 Good understanding of health & safety regulations.
xe2x9cx85 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
xe2x9cx85 Experience with CCTV, access control systems, and incident reporting.
xe2x9cx85 SIA (Security Industry Authority) License required.
