Job Introduction An opportunity has arisen for a Site Operative to join the Landmarc Support Services team at Dundonnell Outdoor Centre in Scotland. As the Site Operative you will be responsible for looking after the buildings on the camp by carrying out housekeeping and maintenance duties. You will be part of a small but dedicated team that takes enormous pride in what they do. There will be a requirement to work some weekends, an additional \xc2\xa3554 Variable Days Allowance will be provided to reflect this. Main Responsibilities Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose Cleaning offices and accommodation blocks, including; ablutions, showers blocks etc. Light ground maintenance duties such as; grass cutting, strimming and gorse clearing Stock management Carrying out tests \xe2\x80\x93 Flushing of outlets, fire extinguisher checks etc. Hand over and takeback of accommodation Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems Carry out any other additional requirements as needed The Ideal Candidate Knowledge of Health & Safety, manual handling and safe systems of work Basic Housekeeping and Caretaking skills Excellent communicator with people on all levels Ability to complete documentation Basic IT skills Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence (essential) About The Company Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE).
