Site Manager
Job Description
Site Manager required to join leading Modular build contractor on project in the Northampton area. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid, Black CSCS and Enhanced DBS with experience of managing modular build projects from the groundworks through modular construction and installation through to hand over. Site Manager with previous modular schools and with DFE experience would be a major advantage. Site Manager with a solid background within general construction would also be considered. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
