Our client, a leading Building Services/FM company, is looking to recruit a Site Manager oversee the daily activity on M&E installation, refurbishment and completion of carbon reduction projects o a large scale estate in the central Lancashire region. This will cover:
M&E plant and systems, Solar PV installations, EV Charging, Air Source Heat pump installations and associated technologies.
The role is set for 12 months and can offer FTC employment or contracting options.
Site Manager Duties:
Directly manage on site staffing requirements and operations
Manage site operations in relation to equipment, logistics, supplies etc
Manage in -house engineering and trades personnel on the site
Manage and oversee sub-contracting personnel on the site
Control and oversee all H&S documentation, permits and risk assessments
Assist in the planning and pipeline of the project(s) and timescales that are required
Liaison with the Senior PM
Liaison with the end users and stakeholders
Coordinate busy and complex site operations
All associated site management tasks
Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience of Site Management within building services and/or construction sectors
\xe2\x80\x93 Ideally knowledge/experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience of working in major projects on prestigious facilities
-H&S skilled and training with the relevant site qualification
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience of carbon net zero projects including solar, Air Source heat pumps etc.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent man-management skills
-Experience of sub-contractor oversight on site
