Site Manager
Job Description
I am looking to speak to experienced site managers with a background in construction. This is a permanent site manager role working for a small and privately owned developer who specialise in one off bespoke luxury homes.
They are looking for someone with a largely construction-based background as appose to house building. You will need to hold strong relationship building and communication skills and accustomed to writing your own build programmes. You will need to be an organised and methodical individual, who is confident in liaising with clients and the wider site team.
Joining a supportive and reputable company where the directors are hands on and visit site regularly to provide guidance and support if required, they can offer a friendly working environment and generally tend to use the same trades and supply chain and have worked hard to maintain their reputation and incredible build product. Most project values are \xc2\xa32m - \xc2\xa33.5m
Salary on offer - \xc2\xa345k - \xc2\xa350k PA plus \xc2\xa33k car allowance, 25 days holiday, standard pension and provide laptop/phone.
The project is due to start in September and they would ideally like someone in place for August. The project is located in South Devon.
