Pay up to \xc2\xa330,000pa plus bonus

Welcome Break is part of the Applegreen Group and has five sites across Northern Ireland. As a Site Manager at Welcome Break, you have the opportunity to lead our Forecourt, Shop, Bakewell, Subway, Burger King, Costa, Chopstix, Lavazza and Greggs crew.

As a Site Manager at Welcome Break, you\'ll oversee all the brand units on site, inspiring Unit Business Managers, and their teams to give exceptional customer service and deliver great business results.

The qualities we look for in a Site Manager:

• An inspiring leader with a can-do approach

• Fanatical about delivering exceptional customer service, 24/7 across the site
• An energetic coach and mentor to Unit Business Managers
• Commercial acumen and previous management of full P&L
• Ambitious to go far in your management career

Your experience:

You\'ll have an impressive track record as a manager in a multi-branded retail, catering or fast-food environment. You will also need experience leading diverse teams, inspiring them to hit challenging sales and service targets.
