We are looking for SMSTS Site Managers for a Department of Work and Pensions contract where our client is looking Site Manager to oversee minor works refurbishments in Job Centres.
The works that are going on is CCTV and Security face monitoring system upgrades from Sub Contractors on site.
You will have a site operative/handyman on site with you for tasks such as making good, keepings site clean and safe for any H&S Audits.
We have a contract where the rate agreed for this contract is \xc2\xa3250 per night.
This contract has got 3.5 years left on it and therefore there is scope for ongoing works if the job is carried out correctly and completed on time.
