Site Financial Controller | Full time and Permanent | On-site | Ashby de la Zouch | Salary up to \xc2\xa375,000 + 10% bonus

Ashley Kate are thrilled to be working with a client in the Food and Beverage industry who are searching for a Site Financial Controller to join their Finance& Leadership team. Reporting into Factory General Manager who you will be supporting to drive the P&L, achieve KPI performance and improve employee engagement.

Site Financial Controller - About the role
Leadership
\xc2\xb7Work as part of the leadership team to develop and deliver site strategy, goals and objectives in line with business strategy, goals and objectives.
\xc2\xb7Drive the site\'s OGSM (Objectives, Goals Strategies and Measures) & G2G (Good to Great) Targets Settings, Tracking & Delivery within the Group
\xc2\xb7Site lead for site financial planning, budgeting and forecasting - including primes, overheads, logistics, capital and restructuring.

Functional/Other
\xc2\xb7Site Finance team is responsible for developing and preparing detailed weekly, monthly and annual financial reports and KPIs for site. Meaningfully communicate these to all other areas of the business. Includes prime cost variance analysis, cost centre overhead reporting, waste & project tracking
\xc2\xb7Management of site accruals and prepayments including inventory reconciliations
\xc2\xb7Capital project approval and investment appraisal. Asset management including timely additions, disposals and verification.
\xc2\xb7Play an integral part in change programs across the site focusing on supporting new product launches and capital installations, including all Project Tracking, e.g., waste, energy benefits.
\xc2\xb7Maintain Financial Control across all functions at site in the preparation of period end financial reporting.
\xc2\xb7Management and oversight of year end inventory processes
\xc2\xb7Support with annual audit for external auditor queries related to manufacturing site
Site Financial Controller - About you
\xc2\xb7Manufacturing experience (FMCG is essential - food is desirable)
\xc2\xb7CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CA qualified
\xc2\xb7Line management experience
\xc2\xb7Planning & budgeting experience
\xc2\xb7Self-motivated and takes ownership of tasks and ability to drive results
\xc2\xb7Effective Business Partnering & Influencing Skills
