We're looking for a dynamic Site Engineer to bring precision, expertise, and innovation to projects across Ashcourt Construction. You'll be the expert responsible for interpreting technical drawings, ensuring site marking and levelling are spot on, and keeping as-built documentation accurate. Working closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors, you'll provide crucial technical insights while overseeing materials and workmanship to meet top-quality standards. Plus, you'll take charge of managing contract design documents to keep everything running smoothly. Key responsibilities:
Read, understand and interpret drawings and specifications
Completion of as-built drawings
Mark out the site and ensure designs are applied correctly
Liaise with the Site Manager and subcontractors with technical advise
Levelling and surveying site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring accuracy of calculations
Ensure all materials used and work performed are in accordance with specifications
Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by client or architect
As a Site Engineer, you will have:
A Full UK Driving Licence
CSCS Card
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
Previous relevant industry experience
